Thankyou PetHeaven for suggesting this one.

You will note I've changed the Category Header to 'The quest for better living' as the 'Downshifting' title may be distracting new members from joining in.
I'm not altogether happy about the title - see Site announcements 'Title Help'
It doesn't matter if you've downshifted or not etc.

So, here's the place to share and discuss some green experiences or help each other on things you've changed for the better around the home.

I'm sure we are all doing our part in making our part of the Planet a better one, but the more we can do and 'spread the word', the better!

Well the greenest thing I have done for some time is get the chickens.
They eat all the vegetable scraps and do quite a bit of the grass cutting too.

Coo, I am fiddling around aren't I.

I've put this in with frugality and self-reliance as it may cause some confusion over what goes in where.

Please bare it out. We'll settle down soon!

Any suggestions always welcome either by PM or in 'Website and Forum' at top.

Thanks, Richard
