Last time I went it was celebration of VE Day. They had shires there and also all the old hopping equipment and sheds that people used to live in whilst hopping. It was a lovely day out.
As you say prices have a lot to do with it and they get greedy. It said that all people that was having weddings there would get their money back but that doesn't help people that have weddings booked for ages.
Also they do war games and even they have moved to Folkstone Racecourse. I thought that they had gone bust as well and going to be a housing estate.
