Frugal food (esp. fish)

Post by Mo »

I've just come across this Frugal Food blog

And it tells you a way to get free fish from Sainsbury- no good for Feb though, it's TODAY only.
Though maybe if you like the type of fish they are giving away it might be cheaper than the popular brands, so frugal in Feb and all year.
Saunsbury says it is about encouraging people to try more sustainable fish, so that must be good.

Just had a look at the blog,Mo - very helpful post, thank you. Unfortunately can't get to the fish counter, else that would have been great too.
