Hi all a lot of you will already know this but for those that don't thought I would share it :-D
All the main supermarkets are offering between £10 and £15 discount on your first online shop with no obligation to reorder, so if you order from all three you could save at least £30 I no its a one off but still a saving is a saving )t'

And if you do your shop through mysupermarket (which someone here recommended) they have extra offers, and you can see which store gives the cheapest basket. Also for each item they tell you what the price has been in the past as well as now, so you can tell if a bargain is really worth stocking up on.
