I am trying to contact someone (preferably male) who is looking to dip his toes into downshifting and wants to give it a trial run. He can have the run of my acre of land on which to practice keeping poultry, and a room in the house if necessary. I live between Ashford and Canterbury, and commuting is possible if he is not already retired. He would need to be able to buy his own place if he decides 'the good life' is for him.
