A Shoulder / Neck Pillow. (£8.99 Slumberdown)
Only thing is, I need both of them because of the old 'gip' going on at present.
I'm still rueing it now !

I also suffer with a bad neck/shoulder i know how painful it can be, its very wearing to wake with a neck ache everyday! i do jaw excersise and this does help! Also my son made a square bag filled with lentils that you warm up in the microwave and put it on the spot that hurts! Hope it gets better soon! stace  Bev xx
