Well! I think he fall on the wrong side of the line. Definitely Mean rather than Frugal. Using the bosses gaffer tape to mend his shoes, and his son's mobile phone - that only saves him money.
Whereas only flushing the loo once a day does save water, and doesn't affect anyone else.

I used to do that with teabags
Mind you, I was truly skint, and it was either that or no beloved tea.

I think he is tight and mean, not frugal like our beloved Illona. Basically he doesn't mind spending other people's money but won't spend his own.
The big question is - why on earth is his partner marrying him? She says she cannot live with him so what's the point?
And leaving teabags dripping like that is a waste not a saving, all the flavour of the tea is dripping onto the surface below

I saw it in the Mail tv guide, even mentioned Ilona`s membership of DTL and her avatar!
Shame it didnt name DTL in person.
It did have a rather fetching photo of her, and mentioned her soulution of flimsy female knickers!

Ilona, did you say that you were going to be on tv on Monday? On Channel 4? Is it this coming week?

Just had a phone call from BBC Radio Hereford and Worcester, they want me on tomorrow morning, at about 7.50am, blimey, I'll have to get up early, ha ha. If anyone can get that station, have a listen, not sure of where it is on the dial.

Don't need to be local to be able to listen in to it!
Go to the link here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/herefordandworcester/
and towards the bottom right is a link to Listen Live - click on that and you're listening to it.
So we can all tune in and listen to CelebQueen.
