Hi Helen,

If I was nearer to you I would pop round and do it because it is such a simple task, but I am down in darkest Cornwall.

Is there a competent Laner nearer to you who could help?

It shouldn't take more than half an hour, including picking all the bits of snipped off wire, bits of plaster, etc., out of the carpet, and of course drinking the coffee.
