Hoover, then cotton bud dipped in a suitable cleaner, and not too wet.

I leave a photo of my keyboard on my PC then take all the keys out (most just pop off). )t'
I swear I'll have a permanent imprint of my palm over my face from reading forums.

Get a clean paint brush, tip the keyboard upside down and brush away. Do it when the pc is off, otherwise you'll end up typing strange messages or altering your settings somehow :)
The outside can be damp cloth wiped as it's plastic (usually).

Off subject a little, to clean computer flat screens, I have found baby wipes to be indispensable.
