Old Picnic Table

Post by Lillia »

You know, the wood slab kind with a built-on bench on each side?
It is cheap, old, and a bit wobbly. Keep in mind that the bolts are rusted.
How can we turn this into some kind of garden/plant table at no cost and using, hopefully, only a saw, drill and screws? :-D

Is the table to be used for working on plants outside with enough space to walk around it Lillia ?, if so I would saw the seat off one side, as my experiance is it may be fine stood up to sow seeds etc, but trust me, stood up bent over a table while pricking out seedlings soon gets to hurt, with the seat off one side you have the option to work sat down or stood up.
Dont ever grow up, its a trap

Yes, I was thinking of that; sawing the seats off...truthfully, I always stand to work with my dirt/plants/seeds......
