I didn't get number 13 at first but I think it is two cans .an empty one upside down on the open one..but I might be wrong .

I believe it's illegal to drink alcohol on some beaches in America, so to get around this they remove the top and bottom from a soft drinks can and slide it over a beer can like a sleeve. Ingenious idea until you get 'merry' and slash yourself on the razor sharp edges..
