Landscape cloth- bargain

At our graden centre yesterday I noticed rolls of landscape cloth, which I had wanted to keep weeds away from some tomato transplants that I intend to grow near the barn. Two 100' rolls were dusty and marked $17.99 as were the clean ones, so I know the price has not risen over the winter ( a miracle in itself). I asked the wandering attendant about the older rolls and she said that because there is a 5-year warranty on the rolls that if I wanted one of the older ones she'd let it go for $8.00. Done. So when you're out there and see older stock in perfect condition, it's worth asking!

and it never hurts to ask )t'
