Tree identification pleaseTree identification pleaseI have a small tree growing in an old bag of moss outside in a completely shady corner.
Don't know much about trees at all and just wanted to know if anyone can let me know what it is, how high it grows, is it evergreen etc. I'd like to plant it in the garden but would like to find out first before doing so, It's about 2ft tall already so guessing it might be a quick grower? It looks really healthy and as we have no plants at all in the garden (just been all dug over and leveled) it's a great find Thanks for the help. Re: Tree identification pleaseOH reckons it's a Birch

Re: Tree identification pleaseWe've got a dwarf birch in the garden and the leaves look exactly the same shape although ours look more of a yellow-green
