These are the roses in the chicken part of the garden [imghttp://i964.photobucket.com/albums/ae124/Alexander_Caldwell/Garden%20July%202011/Starters051.jpg[/img] The pots I can see from my window Lillies given to me last year by one of the kids from school Another one in the chicken garden - The Mary Rose - a D .Austin rose Another chicken garden rose - Rose Gaujard My favourite rose named Jude the Obscure the scent is unbelievable The pots at mums window It will be alright in the end , if its not alright, it isn't the end .

Lucky you having roses in the chicken area. Mine love the lower rose leaves and will jump up to get what they can. It's now a case of chickens or rose bushes. Chickens won, but I do have some beautiful climbers. I am now a widow and live with my memories.

your pots look great. Any tips on what to grow that the chooks won't decimate? Was thinking about putting up some hanging pots around the run to make it a bit colourful. Any suggestions welcome Enthusiastic veg grower. Trying to be more frugal. Family:Much loved husband, son, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 8 ex batts soon to arrive.
