It's Spring again here in Lancashire!

Who would have believed it? 1st October and I have foxgloves and azaleas flowering in the garden - amazing!!

Its the 1st of October here as well and all we have is ankle deep puddles )gr: I can't believe how hot and sunny the rest of the UK has had it today , yet here the rain has been really heavy and any flowers I had yesterday have been battered into submission . Bet your garden looks pretty

Annie, I saw pictures of he rain in Scotland on TV and couldn't believe it. It been soooo hot and sunny here. Mind you it's the first we have seen of the sun for many many weeks and it's to snow at the end of October so better make the most of it!! :-D

We had 4 big strawberries ripen on our plant. Like other plants that flower in Spring we do sometimes get 'Lammas buds' on the strawberries, but they usually come to nothing.

i am in the east of scotland and it is very sunny and warm i have roses primulas and primula vialli all blooming garden looking better than it did in july > 8)

I was in London last week and my daughter's housemate came in and stated she had seen a daffodil in flower! She wasnt joking either.

OMG a daffodil ! that's amazing.
I have strawberry flowers and one fruit last week (eaten immediately).
Rambling Rose's, California Poppies flowering to name but a few. My friend has Primroses, we are in West Wales.
