Natural pest control
Natural pest controlLook what I found hiding under some Chives today while doing some weeding............
I've named him / her Slugger. Live a simple life and be happy , Rich.
Re: Natural pest controlThe last house we lived in we had a large pond and over a dozen toads (I counted them when I cleaned the pond out)
Didn't see a single slug or snail in years Some days you're the pigeon, some days you're the statue.
Re: Natural pest controllovely picture I seem to get a lot of froglets/toads in my garden though it is a mystery where they come from as neither my neighbours or I have a pond and the gardens are well fenced off. I would agree they do keep the slug population down
Re: Natural pest controlAwww look at him, what a good job he's doing hey
I don't think I've ever seen a toad or a frog here in nearly five years. Bev x

Re: Natural pest controlI stopped using slug pellets a few years ago and def have more toads and frogs now and less slugs too. They do make me jump when I'm weeding though!
