Tall Jack?

Hi all,

The past few times i've done a poultry search on ebay, i've come across listings for tall jack seeds.

These are suposed to be great for feeding chickens.
Has anyone had any experience with the plant?

I was planning on sharing any of the lettice that survives, how does it compare?

Personally I haven't a clue I'm afraid.
