Chooks are oot!! (pics)

Hi everyone, well the weather has been lovely here and so it seemed like a good time to get the chicks into their new home. They will be 8 weeks on Friday and are well feathered.The run is finished but for a few finishing touches which hopefully won't take too long. They seem to be really enjoying themselves and are very entertaining to watch. When I sit in the run with them, I am instantly covered in chickens! They are very friendly and love to sit on me and be stroked. The run is totally enclosed with the mesh, roof included and then has a corrugated roof on top of that. Still to nail the boards to the bottom of run and then slab all the way round but after the chicks went in there didn't seem to be as much work done after that! Would also like some trellis but think I'll need to give hubby a wee break first!! Here are some pictures. :-D

Lovely house and run and even lovlier girls,They are soooo cute.

Beautiful run, one day I would love something that size it would be amazing.

The girlies look really content what a great job. Thank you for sharing with us as a newbie it gives me a lot of inspiration :-D
