How to get your hens to go to bed

Post by sandy »

It takes me a good fifteen minutes to get next doors girls to bed. They sneak out even when I put a big plastic container outside the door when they are in and Callie just knocks it out the way!
Solution tonight even before it is really dark…get a five year old in with them who wants to smooth and pet them all. They stayed put even after we had gone {rofwl}
The Pink Ladies..Audrey,Ingrid-Bergman,Madeleline,Norma-Jean,Dora,Janice,Jo,Robyn,Chrissy and Joyce
The Peds…Mork,Mindy,Bell,Saphire &

Put a torch in the house with the light shining towards the pop hole
they are attracted to the light.
Always worked for me

Hi , Mine take it in turns in wearing me out. I should have more girls at the end than I start with , one in two out. How they worked out to open a pulled to door and spot it from a distance I will never know. It got to me hiding in the kitchen to stop them protesting outside the back door .
they even take no notice of my dog rounding them up.
