Harriet is not herself

Oh dear, my poor Harriet is a little down in the dumps today. When I opened the coop to let them out she was in the nest box so I thought she was laying. Took the dogs for an hours walk and then on returning, checked her again and she was standing by the water all huddled up and the others were being, well a little nasty.

I have had her in the house with food, water and a nest box but still the same. I have given her some cod liver oil and tlc.

Her poo's are a little watery and yellowish. I don't know what this means as I have not seen this colour poo before.
