Do you know whats nice about this site? To most other people being upset over the death of a chicken would be considered strange, probably slightly eccentric or odd.... Here its not, it gives me a good feeling to be amongst people who are on the same wavelength.. thank you :-D

That is awful news Willow. It's not crazy to cry over a chicken, they worm there way into our hearts and are such great little companions.

Thanks again all of you and yes feeling much better - what little Cybils death did was to kick us into 'doing' mode again.. Which is why we're looking at expanding the flock sooner than planned. Hopefully - if pennies allow - this year rather than next.
