IT'S 'D-DAY'

Post by Richard »

Today is the day for my much hard work saved for new teeth!

It's at 2pm.

This morning I'm going to have the most un-healthy fry up you can can imagine followed at midday with a possible three Jammy Dodgers.

Then go down town one hour before, drink my Amoxyl (ticker prevention) and a Starbruck's.

Basically all the thing's I never buy or do usually!

The Dentist found anothet tooth, so it's 11 out and the new one's in.

I should be back around 5'ish. Needless to say, I feel a couple of web pages coming on through all this, so I'm videoing a before and after speech! Then a new avatar!

After all the excitement I must admit to being a teenie bit nervous now!

At least I worked extra hard in order to have 8 days off.

Good luck Richard, I will be thinking of you.
I am sure it will all be worth it, in the end.
Enjoy you feasts today, as I am sure it is soft food for a few days after.
Love

Well, I've had the fry-up which was nicely bordering on evil.

I've decided against the Starbruck's as the Cat Biscuits were on special offer, so I brought two packets of them (for the cats, not me).

No harm in a good fry-up, but no Gypsy Tart though - see blog
http://www.downthelane.net/extras/2007/ ... ypsy-tart/

And, as Mo said in a previous thread "Better than this foreign muck". One of my favourite posts that Mo!!!!

See's yer later.

I'm back!! It tok exactly 55 minutes start to finish.

In agony and won't go into graphic details!

I reckon he put the needle in a minimum of 40 times. Wasn't too bad, just that horrible taste.

At present, all I want to do is take them out, but I mustn't until I see him on Wednesday morning.

Just attempted a cool coffee but half went on the floor, so I got a bic, took the ink and nib out and used it as a straw.
Have countless pills to take, I'll rattle!

)hlp>

Thinks the pain's going to get worse tonight.

Oh well, on the well to a new me!

Thanks for the best wishes

In 474 pages of Down the Lane, this is the only one with my mouth open!!

Lips haven't gone down yet, but the pills are kicking in better today!!

Had a really bad time yesterday late pm and through the night. Wanted to throw them over the fence!!

I had the Rayburn and Sitting Room fire going full blast had three layers on and still cold!

Bit of the old shock I think.

Anyway's - have a good laugh!!!!
