I've always had a bit of a "thing" about scarecrows, I think they are really creepy, but Julian looks a nice friendly chap (though I hope the crows don't think so too!) )t'

I may make him more heads, its fastened on with one screw! You've just got to put your hand up his jumper! :shock:

The man from "the council" (west berks) said that crows recognise people and objects ..... his point was that if you wanted to frighten them off - then you have to change what you are wearing everyday yike*
My poor old scarecrow didn't stand a chance... he only had one change of t shirt!! {cry}
