Weight target 9st

General Target To get into size 12 again and feel fitter.

I'm not giving my weight away :oops:

but I'm in week 5 of another diet and have lost 6.5kg ( 14.3 lb)

Goal - loose another 10 kg!!!!!!!!

Week 6 - another kg (2.2pound) gone )c( Total 7.5 kg
Week 8 - 1.5 kg
Week ??? lost 2kg Total 11kg

107.5 kg / around 17 st

I didn't see this post!!

My stats for exercise are:

December start weight was - 81kg
Jan - 80kg
Feb - 79kg

I've been gymming it 4-5 days a week. My diet is way poor though but I have been losing weight none the less and (sorry for TMI) my baby belly is finally going down! )c( I would like to be around 65kg. I don't know what that is in stone.... heh hear that, an English bird who doesn't know her weight in stone!
