How do you like your Beetroot

I like mine just boiled for salads. Don't like vinegar.

Just plain Ham and Beetroot Sandwich on white bread.

Also, I love them roasted with Sunday Lunch - magic.

Apparently, the Russians have 100's of things to do with Beetroots.

Any other variations on a theme?

Hugh F-W did some beet root recipes in his Saturday Guardian coulumn recently. I like the look of the feta cheese one:-

Wendy you can freeze it. It is no good for salads but as a cooked vegetable its fine. I'm just using up last years from the freezer.
