I would just like to highlight the outdoor cucumbers in my 'good' list. They are doing very well this year. If anyone has not grown these before they are well worth it. They are easy to grow and, most importantly, actually taste of cucumber. They are far superior in taste, if not looks, than anything you can buy in a supermarket. The books sometimes refer to them as ridge cucumbers. The variety I grow is a tried and tested one: Green Tasty Burpless.
