Chick egg cosy pattern

When I was little, my Gran always gave me a creme egg for easter inside a knitted (or it might have been crocheted) chick. It used to get a pound coin shoved in each side where the wings would be, and once I remember there being a fiver there too.

I was wondering if any of you have seen these before and if anyone has a pattern?

Scrap that, 've googled and found loads but none of them were like Gran used to make {cry}

I'll have to try to design my own :shock:

I've been trying to fine one too. I knitted one up that I googled, but it wasn't anything like what I wanted. Will have to go see my ma-in-law next week and get her pattern from her.
