McGuire programme

Post by wolfe »

Just have to let you all know. I am now a recovering stammerer. Being troubled all my life with a stammer, and finding inside the past few years that i was slowly becomming a recluse. )hlp>
The course was run by recovering stammerers themselves, with no promise of a complete " cure ", but what a difference it has made to my life. )c(
Would like to know if any other d.t.l ers have been on the programme?

Well done you. It takes a lot of courage to confront problems and even more courage to do something about it. )t'

Didnt a singer on either X Factor or Britains Got Talent the other year have a stammer and he overcame his partially by singing?

Thankyou all for your kind comments {hug&kiss}
The singer you are talking about Gwenoakes, is Gareth Gates, and he has done a good job of getting the word out there. The course is great at giving you the control back in your speech. )c(
