What's for dinner tonight?

Post by Benny&Co »

As it says on the tin really, what you having for your dinner?

We're having roast chicken fillets with rosemary/garlic/S&P, with roast courgette, toms (home grown), pepper, leek and in another tray I'm roasting some beetroot that a friend gave me that she'd grown.

Don't know yet.

I'm going to the pub to think about it. I'll let you know later.

Stir fried pork mince with mushrooms, peas and spring onions in oyster sauce with rice and wilted beansprouts. Very nice indeed and pretty healthy. )c+

Oooh some yummy dinners on the go last night :-D

Tonight we're having...

Butcher pork chops - they're Huge! With cauliflower cheese and broccoli.

I've cooked the pork in a bit of sage, onion and cinammon and popped a couple of chopped apples in too )eat(
