Bleurgh :(

Post by Batfink »

I'm fed up on constantly feeling run down and low.

All my bloods are normal so no anaemia to worry about.

Woken up this morning to a blister on my eyelids which is really sore. About 10 months ago I had shingles on my eye and I hope it's not returning.

I take berocca every day to boost my immune system although my GP said not to bother as it's a waste of money!!!

Just feeling really bleurgh this morning and want a hug. In the house on my own though, although dp is coming up after work so I can drag my sorry backside out of this black hole.

Sorry, not really sure of the point of this post, I just want to hibernate for a bit!

Thanks for reading xxxx

Oh poor you. I had shingles at the beginning of the year and it took me months to feel right. Eventually I bought so many vitamins I could have opened up a pharmacy and gradually started to feel better. I'm not sure if all the vitamins really helped but at least I felt like I was doing something. Make sure you get plenty of rest, eat well, lots of fluids and some fresh air & exercise every day.

Sending lots of {hug} {hug} {hug} {hug}

Take Daisy for a walk, that should brighten you up. Nothing as silly as a Staffie puppy.

How long has it been going on?

Have you tried reading up on and having a daily portion of "Super foods"

Also you try a really old remedy. A half pint of stout a day
I take real ale instead.

Hi BF, I know how you feel, I get periods like this from time to time when you just feel grim for no apparent reason. It's particularly irritating this time of year, when you should be feeling good, isn't it?

Have you tried zinc supplement? I found it helped, I think zinc and magnesium are involved in energy release.

Hope you feel better soon.
