Perchy it's after 9.30 on a Saturday night the chances of getting a serious answer from Al are slim. :-D

Stuff and nonsense, Richard. Stiff upper lip, and all that. That's nothing compared to the size of the blister I got when I sizzled my leg against the exhaust pipe of my motorbike. )grin2( I was new to bikes, but learned the hard way that's why you don't wear shorts!

How is it now, I see it's four days since you caught yourself?

I did something like that too last year, but on my thumb, on a glass candle. It wrecked - there's millions of nerve endings on your fingers, so it does!!

One of my nice work colleagues did a good DIY surgery job with some Ametop, an insulin syringe and a dressing!! {rofwl}

Well, it burst yesterday at work, had to really with all the carting around I do.

It doesn't seem bad though, no redness and the surplus skin looks like it's OK.

Just a good job I'm tough and can take these things.
