Oh no, poor Lizzie and you too Wendy {cry}

Have you banged your nose or perhaps blown a bit too hard?

Hope they clear up for you both {hug}

I had one too the other week, it was in the night when I was asleep - I woke up with dried blook on my face and it had gone on my pillow too {cry}

Here's some NHS info for you to have a looky at:

If you carry on getting them, could perhaps be high blood pressure or low blood clotting factors - worth getting checked out.

Got to see your Dr. it may be that you have some blood vessels which need cauterizing. My friend had terrible trouble for years and eventually went to her Dr. It literally took a few minutes (and no pain) to sort it. She could just be sitting there and it would suddenly pour. Sometimes it can be a one-off by blowing your nose too hard but get it checked as it is so easily sorted.

hehe. How many people do it in their car when sitting in a Jam !!

Seriously, rhubarb is right, it could be a sign of high blood pressure, it's a kind of overflow tap, but that can go up and down like a yoyo within minutes.

But, could be about 100 other things as well. If they persist, a quick visit down the Doc's wouldn't go a miss. I'm definitely not qualified. )t' )t'

I always like to have a look in the rear view mirror to see if the person behind is having a pick; one lady the other day, in her twenties I would suppose gave it a good inspecting to before popping into her mouth. I was smiling all the way home at the thought.

Anyway I am with the rest of them, they can be due to any number of reasons so best to get it all check out if they persist.
I am lucky I have never really suffered with them, the last one I had I think was from a car crash about twenty years ago, we all survived but the car didn’t nor did the lamp post. Before that they were all from one form of percussion or another.
