Off cuts and angle iron.

Post by AL37 »

Dare I say it? I have made another table. :-D
The top is an offcut from the cider press I made and one of the legs and the other foot are offcuts from my bar top. )t'

Do you think you could turn it upside down & take a photo of how you've fixed the legs to the table top?
I've got loads of wood but am at a loss as to how to fix the legs to make it a solid non wobble table... same goes for benches..

Once again an amazing creation Al.. )t' )t'

I love welding Manda, the actual joining of two metals with a welder isn't that difficult at a hobby level. Propper high stress joints do take skill though. Then you get to tig/aluminium welding which takes a long time to master. I only have steel welding equipment and have never welded aluminium although its something I would love to try. )t'
