Taken on todays Bike ride

I have been feeling very un-fit of late with lots of aches and pains , particularly sore achillies tendons.So I thought it was time to get off my back-side and do some exercise.
I used to cycle a lot,so it was out with the trusty old Mountain Bike this morning.
Only did about 10 or 12 miles but you have to start somewhere!.
Apologies for the poor quality pic's the camera is not to hot on my Blackberry.

10 - 12 miles Rich I go nowhere fast on my bike, its an exercise bike, gathering dust at present and until after holiday and then its diet, mega amount to lose and exercise as got duff lungs and I am meant to be doing pulmonary exercises so they don`t get worse.

Not sure about summer cycling - too many holidaymakers around that don't know the local roads and are going way too fast for it to feel safe.

I've cycled on the road all my life so I supose I'm used to it.But you have to keep your wits about you.
