Improved recycling centre

My local recycling centre has recently had a major upgrade and now takes just about anythibg you can think of (please don't try to think of stuff it wont take, the one thing we have come up with is old coolant/antifreeze from a car but there will be more). Anyway there have been threads in the past where recycling by local councils was scetchy, an example this thread. Is it getting better or not?

Ours is pretty good, and it's only 0.5 miles away which is )t' )t'
