Aqua Zumba!

Post by Sunny B »

I've just heard about this and tried a class this morning - it was brilliant fun! )c(
I love dancing and I love being in the water, so it was perfect for me. And no stress on my bad knee, which is why I haven't ever tried a "normal" Zumba class.

Cool, that sounds ace Sunny. I love normal Zumba, it's just like having a good jig and like you I love the water too.

Will have to look out for it once my back is stronger :-D
