Holly's Kitchen.

Post by oldpenny »

Hi All, Merry Christmas!
Not been on here as often as I should, but I am still alive and kicking...lol.
Our 2 year old granddaughter Holly likes nothing better than giving make beleve tea parties when ever we go to their house.
So I thought that this year I would try and make her a play kitchen for Christmas, and the best bit is I have made it from recycled materials and leftover paint etc, only had to buy the wood glue and some hinges. And here is the result...
I cant wait to see her face on Christmas day when I deliver it.

That's beautiful - really well done! I bet it will get a lot of play.

Should the sink be that close to the electric hob and is it wise to have a wooden shelf just above a heat source. Electrocution and fire hazard in one small space {warn}
Apart from that it's a very good job :-D
