My four legged helpers....partners in crime ..Kasa (Kelpie dog) and her partner Dolly (Heinz57 - she's also in the pic of the run).....sneaking onto my bed for 40 winks !



and Kasa on one of the many walks we used to go on before my back deteriorated :(


and then we also have Kasa 'helping' her favourite chicken, Carol, to eat her treat

Thank you people for your lovely comments I'm not very professional camera wise..was a lucky combination of weather scenery and full battery on my mobile phone camera

Have had a bad couple of days healthwise, and have been encouraged by OH today to get outside with the chickaboos and leave him to get on with cleaning the house...didn't need telling twice So have had a wonderful few hours cleaning out the coop and the run, have found a new area over the road i can use to 'fertilise' with the waste so have cleared the backlog of bags. Then sat down with a coffee and a cake with the cat on my knee and the dog 'herding' the chickens into their dustbathing area - only so she could get the chickens out of the way and be first in line for the cake crumbs

Me too Iv'e got a kids sand pit as a dust bath but only 1 of the chix uses it, the others use the earth in their run
