Dunno where to start, I'm a farmers daughter and have been brought up with all livestock. Got back into poultry keeping about 3 years ago.

They're Rosecombs they are so sweet about the same size as a crow, only prettier ! King Richard the third bred them apparently. I've joined the Rosecomb Society although I only have 3 !

She thinks she's white all over ! She does have a little black bit on her tail too, which we're having to do a "comb over " cos it's gone bald ! yike*

I love the picture of the little henny wandering down the lane of Hennsville.

Thankyou again for the compliments.
The little girls, Rose, Dot and Leroy are Rosecombs they are so sweet not much bigger than a black bird. I'm in taming process, Dot is quite laid back and will nibble mealworms while I give her stroke and cuddle, Rose is still a bit unsure but will talk to me, while Leroy goes rigid ! They wander around the garden talking to each other, tuckertucktuck. I want more, but I've never bred anything before, except my 2 daughters, and I think they're a bit tricky that's the Rosecombs AND my daughters {rofwl}
