Diy Chicken feed scoop..

Post by Willow »

Just a quicky .. a 'free' scoop can be easily made with an old plastic milk carton.. Leave the screw top on and cut away the bottom of the carton at an angle... to my mind, better than the bought ones . )t'

Thats really good. I have made a similar one but for getting water out of the water butts,I didnt cut as much off the end though.
I was lucky with my seed scoop as I found one in the bin at the end of a boot fair, its always worth a look in the bins at the end

Nice one, Willow.

Have you priced feed scoops up recently. A half decent one can cost you a few quid, so I think I will give this idea a go. Always got plenty of milk containers available. )t'

Quite agree, excellant.

I feel a competition one month soon replacing the Photo's coming on.

Like 'My best Frugal Invention' with photo.

But I must say, that one deserves a prize.
