From what I've heard electronic cigarettes are a good answer. Just like smoking but with none of the harmful side effects. Plus you can "smoke" in the pub!
Apparently they look the same, taste the same, produce vapour that looks like smoke and are 70% cheaper!
Shell garages sell e lites rechargables in various nicotine strengths.
Try one!

I am not convinced e-cigarettes are a good way to stop smoking! Isn't it all about breaking the habbit of smoking, finding an alternative to the hand/mouth action?

Good point redd angel but some smokers actually enjoy smoking, a good example is cigar and pipe smokers who generally don't inhale or rely on the nicotine "hit". Scientists report that electronic cigarettes are as harmful as a cup of coffee and users hardly ever go back to real tobacco.
Patches, sprays etc rarely work.
