This year's personal challenge

Post by fabindia »

Last August, ran 60 miles on my 60th birthday. It seems silly to do 61miles at 61,besides which, ultra running is really just a continual plod.

So this year, I'm going to aim for a sub-50 minute 10k! 30 years ago, I would have been looking at something in the region of 36 minutes but old age catches us all.

As someone who can't run at all any more but regret that I can't, I think you are wonderful to achieve what you have. Whatever you decide, good luck with your personal challenge. )t' It's great to challenge ourselves in some way, what ever that way is.
