he has his little cockerel frizzly bit behind his comb too he looks really well al

it is so suprising how different they are all from the same parents and the colourings are beautiful on him he will be one impressive boy when he drops his wings and does his little "I love you " dance for the ladies that comb is coming along nicely too neither boudica nor lana has anything like that big boys comb just little tiny spikes almost not visible really I will see if I can get good shots of their heads this week

Yes he does flair neck feathers at times thats why i love raising cross breeds as they are all different and they are the same as any other hen or cockerel healthy and will breed and are beatuifull and one of a kind for the most part.

I have to admit al I adore my banties because I have so much colour in them they are very intricate and allsorts of colours glimpse through in the sunlight I was watching frankii today and he reminds me of a firework all shades of orange and the lacing when he drops his wings is fab,im not blowing his trumpet but hes a joy to watch and my gold laced girl porscha is so different in the sun to the shade she seems to dance in the light with all shots of gold through her ,mum says that delphine reminds her of sable
I don't care what my hens are breed wise I chose them because I liked them ,the ex batt girls have their shades of orange ginger and some feathers I collect from them have 4 or 5 different colours of ginger through them ,I have been watching a sparrow come and take the feathers that are on the garden today and he has collected them to line his nest ,marilyns feathers are soft and wafty like marabou and he looks tiny when he takes her huge feathers

im just gonna wait and see Annie im organising their outside sleeping quarters this weekend so they can get used to outside sleeping and as for crash he is so manly isn't he ,boudica is much more bigger than lana shes very dainty in all her ways too ,

as I have met Big Al he really is tall and if his influence can rub off crash will be huge
im 5ft 7 and Al made me feel teeny I had a crick in my neck looking up at him

Boudica gets her name shortened to Boo just in case she is a boy
