Long forgotten Craft?
Long forgotten Craft?I think not. Crochet and Knitting is still going strong in our family.
Well, as this Forum section denotes, this is for everything non-gardening... and apart from the fact I make hats and gloves for walks down to the lottie... I have taken the plunge and set up an online business! After two years of no help what-so-ever from ANY financial company, and saving a few pound here and there a week from my housekeeping, I have done it all on my own! So if you have a spare two minutes, please take a look at my online Yarn store! I swear I'll have a permanent imprint of my palm over my face from reading forums.
Re: Long forgotten Craft?I knit scarfs etc for me and the kids. My mum always has knitting needles in her hands and has knitted my kids loads of jumpers etc, we will take a look at your store

Re: Long forgotten Craft?Hi Knikitta, is the wool in 100g balls or 50g please.
Re: Long forgotten Craft? All are 100g except Aran which is 400g... it should state that on the site!
*runs off to check* Edit: Changing them all now... only 200+ products to do! :P I swear I'll have a permanent imprint of my palm over my face from reading forums.
Re: Long forgotten Craft?Sorry knikitta I am having a seriously bad muppet moment but can`t find the aran wool, where should I look.
Re: Long forgotten Craft?Ah, I have none in stock yet, but I am working as hard as possible to get some.
I can only buy it when people buy yarn, as more people buy, I can get more stock in! I swear I'll have a permanent imprint of my palm over my face from reading forums.
Re: Long forgotten Craft?Ok, thanks nikitta, well interested in it.

Re: Long forgotten Craft?Thank you Linda!
It's painfully slow going at the moment, but the more customers we get, the more yarns we can stock so hopefully with another few sales we can start getting the much wanted Aran in! :D It is very satisfying knowing that we did it all on our own though.
