Take up boxing or cross-fit!
will burn off too much muscle, done boxing before, the training is really hardcore, would be down to about 11 stone within weeks , just need to do enough to burn fat and leave muscle, takes about 30 cals a day to retain a lb of muscle, only takes about 3 cals to retain lb of fat, so your body will try and shed the muscle first, the trick is to shed the fat but keep the muscle, bound to lose some muscle but want to keep hold of as much as I can.
long periods of exercise at about 60% will make you thin, both muscle and fat are shed but shorter periods at about 85% where you really blast yourself will trigger fat burn, this is why long distance runners are normally thin but sprinters are huge
I thought the whole point of the exercise was to look cut, like the film 300! , best work out how many calories you lose laying down, and do it that way!
I am old and wise, because I was young and stupid!.
Wow that all sounds very technical Ocky what with all the HRT and jelly shakes! You're doing very well though so must be working
I've noticed that I can burn about 3-400 calories on the cross training machine - mind you, only when I have my headphones plugged in so I can watch the telly!

a lot of the cut in the film 300 was with the help of digital enhancement
I don`t have to lose loads of fat, just the watery stuff around my belly and lovehandles, it`s always the last to go on men, I`m still training heavy on the weights, my arms are 17 inches, chest 49 inches, need to get my waist down, I wear 32 inch jeans, need to get them to look baggy around my middle now ,
I do exercise almost every day but it`s high intensity stuff rather than spending hours on the tread mill, after 20 minutes high intensity your body will burn fat for about 24 hours, it`s shocking the body into burning fat,
also drinking loads of water, if you drink loads it helps stop water retention as there`s loads of water in the body your body doesn`t have to hold onto it

I normally have Ramstein or Slipknot blasting in my ears while I train

OK, I didn't want to do this as I felt it would make you feel inadequate, but the makers of the film 300 approached me and asked if I could get their actors into shape. This was based on an image that was publicised of me back in 1983, after I had worked out for 18 months!
Told you it would make you feel inadequate

My iPod's stuck in it's pink docking station Ock, so I don't take it to the gym with me.
I have some headphones that I found in Hubbly's study and I plug them into the cross training machine so I can see the telly

we had doughnuts and cakes given to us today at work, me and Jay were just sat there staring at them as everybody was filling their faces never known people to make such a big deal about eating cakes before, they were telling us what every single mouthful tasted like, there was loads of them and me and Jay watched every single crumb disappear into their greedy fat mouths
they won`t be so smug when me and Jay are working with our tops off
