Its freezing and gale force winds outside so i am stuffing my face cheese on toast dipped in tomato soup and its yummy :-D Lindaxx

Just had our lunch/dinner after a trip to the retail park and came home starving so for quickness it was pan fried sea bass,Aunties chips and salad full of fruit as well as toms , cuc , beet etc coleslaw and cous cous. Later on I am going to make pancakes for pudding
It will be alright in the end , if its not alright, it isn't the end .

Slow cooked pork steaks with roast pots, broccoli, home made mushy peas and carrots with thick gravy with loads of onions )eat( Lindaxx

Tonight I'm going to make some piri-piri sauce with home grown piris and we will have piri piri grilled chicken on bbq with some very thin home made fries.

Chicken roasted with rosemary and thyme with roast spuddlies,savoy cabbage ,broccoli, carrots(mine raw and grated) and peas and of course thick onion gravy.

Followed much later by apple crumble with our own bramleys with cream or custard not sure which yet )eat(

I love this thread and have had some great meal ideas from it :-D Lindaxx

Its corned beef ash(stew) weather so i think thats for tonight )t'
i always cook a big panful so theres some for another day or two its always better and thicker the day after :-D Lindaxx

Well, I was feeling really lazy but starving tonight, so I had half a tub of the most wonderful fresh Keralan chicken soup with spices and coconut from w/rose, with half a pack of ready made pilau rice. It was completely srumptious, and the best bit is that I have another half portion of both left for tomorrow! I can't wait!

Oh yes and 5 chocolate caramel digestive bikkies and a pack of Reeses peanut butter choccy cups for pud. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I made snake and pigmy the other day, it was most excellent. tonight we were going to have ham chips and egg but I decided to make an old naval favourite of hammy cheesy eggy... which is a slice of toast with a slice of ham on top with a mustard/grated cheese/egg mixtrue on top and an egg on top of that.
