Re: Earth Star FunghiMy grandfather was a good one for forageing ,all manner of mushrooms and fungie used to end up in the kitchen ,can remember comeing upon this one in the woods but cant ever remember him gathering it so probably not eatable,he used to go mad for giant puffballs which these were like once opened,puffballs on the table yes these no.
