tra dah !!!

fat grumpy looking me on the left, not quite as fat and slightly less grumpy and a little more tanned me on the right {rofwl}

still got a looooooonnnng way to go )grin2(

had my body fat done today with those calipers and stuff, I`m 20%, now going to try and get that down to about 12% hopefully )grin2( )grin2(

is been over 12 weeks now and my body fat is about 14% which is good for my age, they add internal fat that you can`t see onto it, but the fat you can see on the outside is down to about 9% now )grin2( , I`ll post a before and after pic in a bit

first one was when I started, second is at 4 weeks and last one is now, lost 1 stone 3 lbs )grin2(

I`m going gym 5 nights a week and eating horrid boring tasting food but it`s getting the results I want, when I`m at my goal I`ll cut down on the gym a bit and maybe eat some naughty food once in a while )eat( )eat( )eat(

Jay only lost 4 lbs, he had lost more than that in first 4 weeks but put it back on again, oops !
