Oh No! It's up against David Attenborough's new series on 2 at the same time!
How on earth am I going to decide which to watch and which to record?

I really enjoyed it, can't wait for the second part tonight. Only one that looked rather uncomfortable was tony jacklin, all the others did so well.

Even he had a few nice touches that they didn't mention - so impressed by some of them, especially for a first episode. Will never look at Susanna Reid quite the same again!

I've just iplayed last nights, what good first efforts !!

Susanna Reid was in a Children In Need special edition which she won (corrrrr :-D ).

Twas a good show. Felt a little sorry for Tony Jacklin, tried his best and a nice bloke.

Well for their first dance they all did well. Its a shame already they have started to categorise. It looks like Dave (hairy biker) is going to be the fool and Vanessa is the strutter. Still its early days.

another enjoyable programme, had to laugh at dave, hairy biker, certainly gave it some `welly. Seemed to be a lot of cha cha`s last night and tonight and hardly any ballroom.
Roll on next week.

Most of that dance was like the mush pit at Glastonbury !!!!
10 out of 10 for a good laugh though, I was nearly in tears at the reaction from the Judges :-D

I agree with Maggie that they put a few 'odd ones' in there, but it wouldn't be the same without them and often they surprise us - look at Lisa Riley last year...champion stuff!

Deborah Meaden gave it a good go as well.

Some of these people are right out of their comfort zone. Blimey are they just!! Good luck to them.
As you say Maggie, early days )t'

I caught up with the two shows last night and really enjoyed, they really seemed to have upped the bar with their first dances and I thought everyone did well, if a little uncomfortable for some which is to be expected.

Feel quite sad that Flavia and Vincent aren't in it this year, does anybody know why?

What was Tess wearing for both shows?

Her shoes on Friday night were a throw back to the 80s, maybe that's all coming back again >shrug<

As much as I dislike the man I wouldn't wish that on him. Even so we'll have some decent presenters tonight.
