The cider is bubbling awayThe cider is bubbling awayProbably, not quite cider yet, but the apple juice is bubbling away in the kitchen. Should end up with 40 pints of sweet cider, for the cost of a packet of wine yeast and 2 hours of juicing.

After about 12 days, the fermentation had stopped. So, time to add a little sugar so it will bottle condition and bottle and capped. Store over winter and should be great for Easter. Michael
